Ever since I can remember I have always had an eye for beautiful things. Growing up in Antwerp which is a European city saturated with Art museums and Medieval buildings sparked off my interest in painting.
I like to think that my paintings are a melting pot of inspiration from all the places I have explored especially countries in the Far East and Asia, rich in culture and color.
Even though I have a regular day job, painting has always been part of my life behind the scenes, unfortunately painting doesn’t always pay the rent.
I love the abstract world where we can personally tap into our own imagination and come up with our own stories.
My favorite epoch in art is cubism which was in full bloom early 1900’s pioneered by Picasso.
